Die Foremost Hospitality Gruppe hat sich auf die Entwicklung und das Management von Markenhotels spezialisiert. Mit unserem Headoffice in Berlin betreiben wir derzeit 8 Hotels in Deutschland unter Lizenz der Hilton Hotels Worldwide.

Als Technischer Objektmanager / Property Manager (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die technische Objektbewirtschaftung unserer Bestandshotels in Deutschland. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Werterhaltung und Wertentwicklung einschließlich Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.

Ihr Alltag bei uns

Regelmäßige technische und bauliche Überprüfung der Hotel-Immobilien
Durchführung und Begleitung von Gebäude-Begehungen durch Franchisegeber, Eigentümer und sonstige Dritte
Sicherstellung von Verkehrssicherungs- und Betreiberpflichten
Überwachung von Sanierungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
Koordinierung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister und Wartungspartner
Geltendmachung von Mängel- und Gewährleistungsansprüchen
Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Brandschutzmaßnahmen
Erstellung technischer Objektberichte und Wartungspläne für Gebäude und technische Anlagen

Unsere Wunschvorstellung

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im handwerklichen oder technischen Bereich
Berufserfahrung in der Haus- oder Anlagentechnik
Relevante Software-Kenntnisse
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigenverantwortliches Handeln und unternehmerisches Verständnis
Strukturierte, engagierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your New Workplace

The Foremost Hospitality Group specializes in the development and management of branded hotels. With our head office in Berlin, we currently operate 8 hotels in Germany under license from Hilton Hotels Worldwide.

As Technical Property Manager / Property Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the technical property management of our existing hotels in Germany. The focus is on value retention and value development, including the implementation of maintenance measures.

Your daily business

Regular technical and structural inspection of hotel properties
Conducting and accompanying building inspections by franchisors, owners and other third parties
Ensuring traffic safety and operator obligations
Monitoring renovation, repair and modernization measures
Coordinating and monitoring external service providers and maintenance partners
Assertion of defect and warranty claims
Implementation of safety and fire protection measures
Preparation of technical property reports and maintenance plans for buildings and technical systems

Our Expectation

Completed training or studies in the craft or technical field
Professional experience in building or systems engineering
Relevant software knowledge
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Ability to act independently and entrepreneurial understanding
Structured, committed and results-oriented way of working
